Download Napcar for macOS

Napcar ships as a single signed, notarized macOS app bundle. Apple Silicon is supported first; Intel is best-effort. The local model backend is bundled — there is no separate Ollama install and no terminal step.

Napcar.app (Apple Silicon)

Requires macOS 14 or later. ~250 MB. No model is preinstalled — Napcar offers a one-click recommended-model download on first run.

After installing

  1. Open Napcar and visit chrome://llm.
  2. Download a recommended model (one small chat model is a good start).
  3. Visit a Napcar-compatible site, or try the demo.
